  • Printing and manufacturing variations

These reasonable variations do not necessarily mean that a product is defective.

Product availability, designs, descriptions, prices, colors, sizes, and other information may be changed without notice.

We reserve the right to:

If we cancel or materially change an order, we will attempt to contact you using the information provided during checkout. When an order is canceled after payment has been collected, an appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.

SECTION 5 — ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Please review your order, product selection, size, color, quantity, billing information, and shipping address carefully before completing checkout.

Because our apparel is generally made to order, production may begin soon after an order is submitted.

You may contact us to request an order change or cancellation, but we cannot guarantee that the request can be completed after production or fulfillment has begun.

SECTION 6 — PRICES, PAYMENTS, AND BILLING

All prices are displayed in the currency shown during checkout.

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed and confirmed at checkout when your order is submitted, except when an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

Unless otherwise stated, product prices do not include:

  • Shipping charges

  • Sales taxes

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Tariffs

  • Other government or carrier charges

Any applicable charges collected by us will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

You agree to provide valid, current, complete, and accurate payment and billing information.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize us and our payment providers to process the applicable charges.

We reserve the right to correct billing errors and decline or cancel transactions that cannot be properly authorized.

SECTION 7 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Brooklyn 2 Ohio Apparel™ products are generally made to order.

Order cutoff

Our daily order cutoff time is:

2:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday

Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on recognized holidays begin processing on the next applicable business day.

Processing and handling

Please allow approximately:

2–7 business days

for production, processing, and preparation before an order is handed to the shipping carrier.

U.S. transit time

After an order is handed to the carrier, delivery within the United States generally takes:

2–5 business days

Estimated total U.S. delivery time

The estimated total delivery time for U.S. orders is:

4–12 business days

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude recognized holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may result from weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, high order volume, customs processing, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout according to the order, delivery destination, package specifications, and available shipping method.

Tracking information will be provided by email when it becomes available.

Brooklyn 2 Ohio Apparel™ currently ships within the United States and may offer shipping to select international locations when available during checkout.

SECTION 8 — INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipping may be available only to select locations.

Delivery times for international orders depend on the destination, carrier, customs procedures, and local delivery services.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, international customers are responsible for applicable:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Tariffs

  • Brokerage charges

  • Local government fees

We do not control customs processing times or charges imposed by foreign governments or delivery providers.

SECTION 9 — SHIPPING ADDRESSES

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered production or fulfillment.

Brooklyn 2 Ohio Apparel™ is not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply when an order must be resent because of an address error, refusal, failed delivery attempt, or unclaimed package not caused by Brooklyn 2 Ohio Apparel™ or its fulfillment provider.

SECTION 10 — RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

Eligible apparel may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery, subject to the conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible returned merchandise must generally be:

  • Unworn

  • Unused

  • In its original condition

  • Returned with its original tags and packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or the order number

We accept eligible returns for defective and non-defective apparel, including eligible buyer’s-remorse returns.

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective merchandise.

Brooklyn 2 Ohio Apparel™ will cover reasonable return shipping costs when the merchandise received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or different from what was ordered.

We do not offer direct exchanges. To obtain another item, size, or color, return the original eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within approximately 5–7 business days after approval. Financial institutions may require additional processing time.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the merchandise was damaged, defective, incorrect, or an error was caused by Brooklyn 2 Ohio Apparel™ or its fulfillment provider.

SECTION 11 — DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT, OR LOST ORDERS

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

If tracking shows that a package has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, contact us within 7 days after the expected delivery date.

We will review eligible claims and work with the fulfillment provider or carrier to determine an appropriate resolution.

Submitting a claim does not guarantee a refund or replacement. Claims are reviewed using the order information, tracking records, photographs, carrier information, and applicable store policies.

SECTION 12 — PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS

Promotions, discounts, coupon codes, and special offers may be subject to additional conditions, expiration dates, product restrictions, order minimums, and availability limits.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Discounts cannot be combined

  • Discounts have no cash value

  • Discounts cannot be applied retroactively

  • Promotions may be modified or discontinued before an order is submitted

A promotion will not affect an order that has already been completed unless required by law or expressly stated in the promotion.

The website and its content, including brand names, logos, graphics, artwork, illustrations, characters, product designs, photographs, videos, audio, text, slogans, product names, page layouts, and other materials, are owned by Brooklyn 2 Ohio Apparel LLC or used with authorization.
