All Brooklyn 2 Ohio Apparel™ products are made to order to ensure quality and care.

Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing and production before shipment. After processing, U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. Total estimated delivery time is usually 5–12 business days.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Our order cutoff time is 5:00 PM Eastern Time.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Brooklyn 2 Ohio Apparel™ currently ships within the United States. Shipping availability may be updated in the future.

Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to holidays, weather, carrier delays, incorrect shipping information, high order volume, or other events outside of our control. Brooklyn 2 Ohio Apparel™ is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
